"Just returned from a wonderful overnight stay at the Hawthorne Inn. The location could not be better situated, just across from the Alcott House and down the street from the center. Toni and Mark were warm and gracious. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of homemade treats. The inn itself is historic and lovely. Cannot recommend it highly enough."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hawthorne Inn. Mark and Toni went out of their way to make our stay both pleasurable and productive. We have been to a number of bed and breakfast inns. Our experience in Concord was truly enjoyable and much of that is owed to the hospitality and helpfulness of our inn keepers.
Thank you again."

"We recently stayed at the Hawthorn Inn and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Our hosts were so accommodating and helpful with planning and negotiating the roads and transit system so all our wishes were accomplished. Love staying in this historical part of the country!"

"We enjoyed 2 nights at Hawthorne Inn under the new owners who are spectacular hosts. Our room was comfortable with an excellent bed. The bathroom was spacious with amenities. The breakfast was ample and very tasty. The host was very helpful with suggesting restaurants and making reservations."

"I am a travel nanny and stopped here after a trip to Australia to visit a friend staying at the Inn while doing a summer intern... The bed was amazing and even with my picky pillow issue, had great pillows! Inn had recently been renovated and was beautifully done. I love how they kept the historic value and yet completely modernized. I am a fan of healthy light breakfast affair. Toni is a kitchen wonder! We had homemade bread, homemade granola and yogurt, fresh fruit plate and this terrific grain, apples and kale salad. So delicious!... I see a lot of different kinds of lodging and am a big fan of B&B if as nice as this one. There is such serenity here."
